Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry category and message. Our Reemergence application collects your name, email address, reason for applying, six-week goals and availability. Forms also include website-source information and a submission timestamp. Please do not put payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive medical information in these messages.
We use this information to respond, review applications and discuss services you request. Submitting an inquiry or application does not enroll you in a program, authorize payment or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Optional email subscriptions
The Nova Codes Reflections signup collects your first name, email address and affirmative marketing consent through MailerLite. It uses double opt-in: you must confirm through the email sent to you. You may unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. You can also contact us about your subscription.
Payments and appointments
Stripe hosts checkout for author-direct books and private sessions. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not into this website’s inquiry forms. Stripe processes payment information, and the operator can receive customer, transaction and shipping information needed to manage purchases.
After successful private-session payment, the configured checkout directs you to Google Calendar to select an available appointment. Google Calendar and Google Meet provide scheduling, booking communications and online sessions. Use the same email for payment and scheduling so your reservation can be matched to payment.
Service providers and external links
- Formspree processes and archives inquiries and applications. Formshield supports spam protection. Email notifications are delivered to our Gmail inbox.
- MailerLite manages subscriber records, confirmation, email delivery and unsubscribe handling.
- Stripe processes payments and related transaction information.
- Google provides Gmail, Calendar and Meet.
- The Amazon purchase link opens Amazon, where Amazon’s own checkout and privacy practices apply.
- When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare provides hosting and may process technical request information such as IP addresses and security logs.
These providers process information under their respective terms and policies, including their storage and processing locations. We use relevant information to operate the website, handle requests, manage subscriptions and fulfill purchases.
Browser storage and technical information
The website stores your analytics preference in local storage and may use session storage for campaign attribution. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel identifiers are not currently configured. If optional analytics are configured later, the existing consent control is intended to govern their loading. Third-party forms, email services, scheduling and checkout can process technical information or use their own storage and cookies. See their policies for details.
Retention and requests
We retain information as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, manage subscriptions and maintain records for legitimate business and applicable legal requirements. Retention can differ between payment records, correspondence and subscriber data.
Contact the official email to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, including any recordkeeping requirements or exceptions. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not necessarily delete transaction records or other correspondence.

We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The current version will be available on this page. This notice does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
