Version 1.0 · Effective when these terms are first published.
Private Remembering Session
Your $97 payment reserves one 60-minute private session with M., conducted through Google Meet. After successful payment, follow the scheduling instructions and use the same email address for payment and booking. Payment is verified before final session confirmation.
At least 48 hours’ notice
You may cancel for a refund or request a different available appointment time.
Less than 48 hours’ notice
Your payment is non-refundable because the time has been reserved for you. You may request one courtesy reschedule, subject to availability. That courtesy reschedule has no cash value and does not restore refund eligibility. If the replacement appointment is canceled or missed, no further complimentary reschedule is included; a new booking requires payment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend and have not given notice, your payment is non-refundable. Any courtesy rescheduling is at M.’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
How to give notice
Email thenovacodes.official@gmail.com. The notice period is measured from when your email is received to the appointment’s scheduled start time.
If M. cancels
You may choose a refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
Author-direct books
Signed author copies are $30 and unsigned author copies are $20. Standard U.S. shipping is included. International author-direct orders require a separate shipping quote; contact the official email before ordering.
For an incorrect, damaged or missing order, or a return or refund request, contact the official email with your order details so the issue can be reviewed. Please contact us before returning a book. These terms do not exclude remedies required by applicable law. Amazon orders are handled through Amazon’s own ordering and support process.
Reemergence
Reemergence is coming soon. The six-week program’s total price is $1,500. Applications remain open for M.’s personal review. An application is not acceptance, enrollment, a payment authorization or a marketing subscription.
Approved applicants receive private payment instructions and written participation terms to accept before being charged. No public Reemergence payment checkout is provided on this website. Any offered installment arrangement and its cancellation, missed-payment, suspension and refund terms must be disclosed and accepted separately before enrollment.
Inquiries and email signup
An inquiry does not confirm a booking or purchase. Marketing subscriptions are optional and separate from applications, purchases and inquiries. Read our privacy notice for information about the services used and your choices.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits refunds or other rights and remedies required by applicable law. These terms do not claim that payments can be retained regardless of circumstances.
